Trade Show & Event Planning

Due to my detail-oriented nature, I thoroughly enjoy tradeshow coordination and event planning.  From budget management to follow up marketing activities, I’ve handled it all with a little bit of sweat and lots of smiles. I LOVE staffing events because it offers me the opportunity to get in front of customers and prospects and speak with them personally. 

KEY SKILLS
  • Determine booth or room layouts that will welcome and engage guests
  • Research event spaces to meet the needs of the presenters as well as attendees
  • Negotiate rates for rental booth structures, hotels, giveaways, and catering
  • Travel and shipping coordination
  • Coordinate staff uniforms for a unified, professional appearance as well as comfort
  • Work with Graphic Designer(s) to create visually appealing booth graphics and themes, impactful invitations, event materials, follow-up notes, etc.
  • Provide staff training to multiple departments to inform and ensure consistent brand representation
  • Coordinate lead generation and follow up activities
  • Utilize feedback from attendees and staff to elevate future tradeshow events
